Japan Accessible Travel Organization published “Tabibari” guidebook in 2013 (written in Japanese only). “Tabi” is Travel and “bari” is barrier free. They present their concept about the accessible tourism and how and where they can help accessible/barrier-free traveling in Japan.
Maybe they will issue the booklet in multilingual in future…
